Pastor Ted Brandt loves to connect God’s Word with people’s lives. Ted has studied in Jerusalem, pastored in New England, & taught in Africa before coming to Ventura County in 2006.

Burns Taft is the most highly-regarded choral director in the area. Fern Fay plays what many regard as the finest organ in the county with both joy and excellence!

Josh Mendoza is our Director of Modern Worship. Josh brings his passion for Jesus, worship and kids to our church. Josh is married to Kimber; they have a baby girl named Bella.

TRADITIONAL worship

9:30 am family worship features a children’s message, pipe organ and choir, a relevant & faithful sermon from the Bible

MODERN worship

radiant word of life

11 am family worship features a rockin’ band, dynamic preaching, and a young, diverse worshipping community.

kids

at both services, parents and kids enter worship together. the kids are dismissed after a prayer, then kids may go to a special time of learning and growing just for them!

There is a crib room where little ones are watched by a trained child care provider, and where nursing moms may go for privacy

teens

junior and senior high kids attend worship and serve by singing and playing instruments, helping with media, reading scripture, and welcoming people to worship. They often meet after the 11 AM service, and have their own meetings during the week

adults

Bible study and choir rehearsal begin at 8:30 am; child care is provided; coffee, cold drinks and cookies served between the worship services
